Grant Policy Statements:

The Foundation deadline for submission of applications is November 1.

Applicants will receive notification of Foundation action on their proposal no later than February 15th of the following year.
The Foundation seldom makes grants to applicants in successive years.
The Foundation does not provide grants for the purpose of funding operating expenses of application organizations.
The Foundation requires applicants provide a copy of their 501(c)(3) or not-for-profit certificate.
The Foundation may request the organizations most recent financial statement.

Grant Distribution:
The Mid-York Foundation has distributed grants to the following: community programs, youth programs, emergency services, senior citizen programs, libraries, medical & dental, day care,  adult education, sports facilities, historical preservation, and more.
